Sabała's Cottage, also known as "Sabałówka," is the family home of the well-known highlander from the Podhale region, musician, storyteller, hunter, and guide - Jan Krzeptowski Sabała.
The cottage, the oldest in Podhale (from the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries), was built by Sabała's father and is the only example of the Silesian-Spisz style. It is maintained by his descendants in an almost unchanged state. Sabała's Cottage is located along the Road under the Reglas.
It is about 4 km from our guesthouse and can be a very interesting attraction on the walking route from Kościelisko to Zakopane.
